Need Help Finding a Song

I hope this isn't in bad form. There's a copy of the 2003 All-Bal weekend competition CD floating around. Here's the song list (no artists given, except track 22):

I just started going through the CD, trying to put an artist to each track. Has anyone figured out the artists for these songs?

I don't have hosting space or I'd post a 30 sec clip of each a la Ron.

Kind of hard to say, since many of those tracks were recorded by multiple people and only a few of the DJs on the list were at the event.

However, I would be willing to bet that
5 - Duke Ellington (example can be found on the Frankie Manning Compilation)
20 - Lionel Hampton

13 - Balls of Fire - Did you mean "Great Balls of Fire" from Jerry Lee Lewis. I checked AllMusic to see if "Balls of Fire" was some swing song that I was unaware of, nothing turned up. Great Balls of Fire can be fun to dance to, but it would stand out from the other song titles on the list, so I don't know.

Well Get It was a Sy Oliver chart (from memory). That places it around 1939 or 1940. This was well after T. Dorsey had established himself.

i found the part in Jazz, and they talk about theme songs and have a picture of Dorsey and are playing Well Git It as the background music, although they never say that was his theme. Thats probably where i put that together.

The lady on Swing Years and beyond on KUOW did a theme song section a couple of Saturday's ago; she played I'm Getting Sentimental over you for Tommy Dorsey's theme song - maybe she went off the same list.

I didn't like most of the theme songs [for dancing] - it seemed like they were something to show the band off or they sounded tired, as they were too familiar.

Of course, the Count, Duke and Jack T all have impeccable taste - even in theme songs

I have an MP3 that I think I've miss-labeled. I need help identifing the song and artist and album. I've checked all CD collection, including compilations and no luck. I've searched online for the song as titled with different artists. Bottom line is : I don't think the title I'm searching for and the MP3 are the same. I've included a link to the song below. I like the song and want to find the CD Title , Artist it came from.

If you like this, Artie Shaw's "St. Louis Blues" off a 1939 hotel radio broadcast (on Personal Best (The Bluebird Victor Years 1938-45)) has a really similar groove. There're also some Tony Pastor vocals on that, and I've totally fallen in love with his early work.
