what i want to know is...
how's the sound quality difference between the original version of frank at the sands and the remastered...so far i seem to only be able to get the remastered version...

Granted. And many beginner singers stray too far from the melody as a matter of course instead of alluding to it. (Not quite the problem with Sinatra, more was a problem with people like me.julius wrote:i.e. you lowered your standards

Frank's later stuff makes me think 'foxtrot' personally. I really do love his voice, but to be honest sometimes the way he plays with time really annoys me. Sometimes the melody is so beautiful that you should just sing it straight.

But sometimes the same old (albeit originally fantastic) melody becomes boring after several years. That's why the ability to refresh an old melody is so celebrated.
