Jasmine (UK) has issued most of the Langworth transcriptions on a CD called

The LangWorth transcriptions are possibly the most reissued of all Dorsey sides. Maye a dozen times on LP. AMOR and WAGON WHEELS and the too fast WELL, GIT IT are the giveaways.
fwiw - for pop fans - on "Like a Leaf in the Wind", TD does not use the Sentimentalists on the transcription, but uses them on the RCA recording. Same arrangement, same male vocalist. no vocal group. A money thing, I guess.

The four disc Tommy Dorsey, Benny Goodman, Harry James, Glenn Miller set (on Jasmine records) that Falty linked a million years ago does *not* have the fast version of "Well Git It". It has the 190 bpm version you can find everywhere.

Bruyninckx thinks it was recorded in Hollywood, circa April 1944. It gives personnel as follows:
Candle, Mangano, LaPerche, Pierce (tp), TD, Pederson, Satterwaite, Benson (tb), DeFranco (cl,as), Cooper (as), Klink, Curtis (ts), Branson (bar), Marmarosa (p), Sandole (g), Bloch (b), Krupa (d)
Anton, what was your source for the info you posted earlier? Is that from Lord's? I'd check Rust, but he sadly ends in 1942.
Bruyninckx claims this CD (JASMCD 2537) is two sessions--the other from circa August 1946, also in Hollywood. There's no mention of Lang-Worth transcriptions. The liner notes are useless, sadly.
