My guess is it's a big band from the 80's or later. Unfortunately, I can't name the song. But the tone reminds me of Bob Wilber, Mora's Modern Rhythmists, etc.

Wow 8) - gotta love that dancing - playful, entertaining and inspirational. Not sure what the music is - but that's good too. Anyone else know?
