Apologies if this exists elsewhere, but I thought it might be useful to post warnings about bad experiences with [online] music retailers. Being quite isolated, I rely a lot on these services and for the most part they are excellent, but I'm sure everyone has had bad experiences. Most of the problems I have encountered have been stores offering products they don't have and can't provide.
I've just had issues with DeepDiscount.com. They allowed me to order a CD, confirmed that it had been ordered, and after nothing showing up in the mail for a month, I checked my order status on the site to find that it had been cancelled without notice. So, as punishment, please avoid them!
Edit: this might best belong in Tech Talk - my bad.
Bad online retail experiences

I've never heard of the supplier you mention, but I often use Amazon marketplace to order CDs via http://amazon.com/. My policy is, where possible, to stick to a few regular Amazone marketplace suppliers who I have found to be reliable - the stuff turns up, well-packed and as described, and the suppliers have a rating of well over 90%. I've found if an Amazon marketplace supplier can't supply something, I normally get a prompt email and refund. I've also found http://www.cduniverse.com/ to be very good, but they are usually more expensive.
