Hi,

I'm looking for a song which is approximately in the 130-160bpm range, which features a pause after almost ever (maybe every A) phrase.
This is the song with the most breaks I ever heard, maybe someone can help me out?

The melody of Harry James Strictly Instrumental kind of reminds me of the song, because it has a smiliar way of building up tension during a phrase, but obviously doesn't have the breaks I'm looking forward.

Is it big band?
Does it sound like a recent recording?
Does it have any vocals?
Any instrumental solos that stand out? If so, what instrument?
Is it AABA form?

If this does not help you, I could try to get the rhythm right, but maybe the melody helps.

The last time I heard the recording was quite a time ago, but the piece was played by the Gramofonia Hot Jazz Orchestra at Lindy Shock, which leads me to believe it is a) swing-era and b) Bigband (although they play a lot of arrangements where only some instruments are playing, often giving the songs more a combo-like feeling than a bigband-feeling.
I don't think there are any vocals present.
It is either AABA or AAAB, I'm not entirely sure.

The melody rings a vague bell with me, but I can't place it at the moment. If it was played by the 'Gramofonia Hot Jazz Orchestra' I'm guessing the tempo was fast?

I knew I recognised it from somewhere ...It's around 150 bpm
