Well, to narrow it down a bit, its up-tempo. Obviously female vocalist, probably black American. By the sound of it, I THINK it's a recording from the last 20 years or so (say post-1980, probably post-1990).

Was it played from the Pink City Balboa Festival some years ago?
If so, I think Marcus and Baerble were selling a CD that had that track on it.
