I tried cuephase a few months ago - for what it was, it seemed very good. Quite simply, it's a playlist manager with a couple of bells and whistles, most notably the ability to preview tracks. Cheap and cheerful, but worked well. The dealbreaker for me was that it didn't provide a way to display BPM information, in the track lists (or to use BPM as part of the search criteria)fredo wrote: CuePhase was suggested in the Laptop DJing thread, but it's not located on the apple website anymore (that I could find). I did find it here though:

The iTunes integration seems like a convenient thing for someone who's already been using iTunes, but I haven't heard/read much about it. Does anyone have any current reviews of this software?
Personally, I've tried various programs, including Traktor LE (kept crashing+wouldn't play iTunes DRM tracks), Deejay (disliked intensely), Disco LT (refused to play particular tracks for no reason I could figure out) and ended up using Megaseg. If Traktor seemed a bit over-the-top for you, Megaseg may prove to be similar (and it cost a lot more than I was hoping to pay), but I've found it to be rock-solid, and an absolute joy to use.
