Has anyone mentioned the song "Doctor Feelgood"?
I know that one of the first Basie ghost band recordings had a great version on it (mid to late 1980s). "Long Live the Chief" on Denon.

Unfortunately that's not the "Dr Feelgood" I remember from the '80s.

I'm a big fan of Jelly Roll Morton's "Doctor Jazz." If I remember correctly, it's the only recording on which Morton sings a vocal.
Incidentally, DoctorJazz was my handle on Xbox Live back when I had an Xbox. Ha.

How about the vocals on "Shake It", "Get the bucket", and "Dirty Dirty Dirty"?
