This one stumped me. All I can tell is that it's probably from the late 1940's - early 1950's era when Louis Jordan and Buddy Johnson were playing a lot of jump bluesy stuff like this. Hope this narrows your search down just a bit.

Yes it sounds very much like a Buddy Johnson track from the 1940s.

I tried to preview 3-4 Buddy Johnson CDs - nothing similar to that track.

No it doesn't sound like Buddy Johnson to me.
It is more likely to be someone like Paul Williams, Hal Singer, or Wild Bill Moore. Sometime around 1949.
