Now that they have 3 CDs out, perhaps they merit their own thread? [I searched and didn't see a dedicated thread].
Their new CD
http://jazzvipers.com/albums.html is awesome, it was selling like hot cakes at Lindy Gras. I think all tracks are DJ worthy, even though most run between 4 and 5 min.
I also bought the first CD on this trip, which I didn't have. I like it very much too.

yes, the viper song is a good one. I'm digging most of the songs on their new CD, especially "I Hope You're Coming Back to New Orleans", "Love is Just Around the Corner", "How Deep is the Ocean" and "Night and Day".
The bass sax is SO nice to listen to. rumbly and swingy ha ha.
