I don't think I've ever had more than one bottle before DJing, so I can't really say.

As with most things (*most*), a bit won't hurt your performance, but too much will. And too much isn't really that much.

I do have fun when I drink, and I have fun when I don't drink. Dancing and DJing.

The only reason I will not have a little buzz is if I DJ at a dry event. I hate those. It is very lonely at the DJ booth without I drink you know! All in all I think I DJ better with a buzz.

One of my old dance partners said I danced better after a few drinks. She said I was more creative.

It depends on what I drink... tequila, bad... vodka, good. :)

I was going to take the joke a step further by feigning ignorance about my diminished ability to dance when drunk, but then Roy goes and ruins the punchline by actually believing what I can only believe was his dance partner's prank on him, making him feel like he really is a better dancer when drunk.

Back when I had a horrible collection (as opposed to the relatively acceptable one I have now), I spun once while really loaded. While not a total nightmare, it was bad enough that I won't have more than a few drinks before a shift.

I don't know about dj'ing, but I definitely post better when I'm drunk ;-) And that holds true for playing on line poker......

I am a mess of a DJ if I am loaded. A few drinks is good, but don't expect any quality after I've gone past the "happy" limit.

now selling authorised WWII posters and featuring a newly refined black t-shirt printing method. Now even greater quality than before.

It probably doesn't make me a better dj overall, but like others said, I have more fun.

It does have a few unintended advantages. I'm more friendly to people who request "Mei Bei Bist Du Schoen". And occasionally I cue up the wrong song, which can be good, as when I then play a song I haven't played for a while. I DJ from compilations, so they are all good songs.
