I am certified with the International Coaching Federation as a Personal Coach. My classroom training was in Solution Focused Coaching. Pick an area of your life where you are having a challenge, relationship, money, wieght, a project at work, OR pick an area of your life where you do well but would like to excel, a sports activity, your spiritual life, art, your work OR pick any area of your life or not you life that you would like to incorporate into your life and I can work with you to create plan, increase motivation, identify potential blocks, explore, act as an accountabiity partner and implement it into your life.
I know that is a complicated explanation. I work with people to better their lives.
