Was it over Duke's Blanton-Webster CD? If so, the judge will let him walk. That was in self defense of some mighty fine Jazz!

That Blanton-Webster CD set is crap.
Try the other re-masters of the same material. Great material, but you don't need to listen to it through a tin can, anymore.
