We're better on the tipping, but notorious about not drinking, even sneaking in bottled water.

What's probably needed is a thermometer that gives points for cover, expenditures on drinks, tipping, etc., to show what's gotta go in to keep our spot afloat. Plus, the data is useful to help convince other venues to host us.
