I agree.

I installed it, and was annoyed that it was really just a database disguised as a media player.... and not all that great at that.

I hate when software tries to take over.

I couldn't find anything on their site that mentioned specific terms of personal/public use. Does anyone know if, from a legal standpoint, I could DJ stuff that I download from the iTunes store? I remember that, with eMusic, we couldn't.
