What software do you suggest to convert .ogg files into mp3 ?

I'm sure there are many choices but one i like is http://www.dbpoweramp.com/ . It converts a wide variety of formats and you can download more codecs plus it adds a conversion option to the right-click menu. Also you can get more of the basic features for free. You can see more ogg vorbis utilities at http://www.vorbis.com/setup_windows/ .
