Who cares about lakes? I care about cakes, as in shaking them.

Don't forget that Bongo BBQ is right across from the Fed. Plenty of time for a DJ to get a chopped brisket snadwich and a Shiner between sets.

By the way, drink Shiner or Ziegenbock, be a Texan for a weekend.

Bongo's BBQ is worthy of note merely for its attached "Drive Thru Beer" shop.

P.S. - Lawrence, there are actually six "lakes" plus Town Lake, a few of them are farther out and not really considered Austin metro, I think that is what you meant by saying there were only three lakes.
It is on an inlet of Lake Austin, not Town Lake. (Town Lake ends at Mozart's, remember). And, yes, there are three "lakes" in the Austin area.

Wow, that's a lake, not a river by the County Line? Ha. I've been going there for just about my entire life (whenever I was visiting Texas, that is) and never knew I wasn't on a river until now.

Lawrence. Yes, that was a typo, I meant to say Lake Austin.

Ryan, the Austin lakes are like the Austin Loops (highways Loop 360 and Loop 1). They are so in name only.

We have just about finalized most of the remaining music details, including DJs.

If you have not spoken to me, please do soon via PM. At some point real soon, we will consider the line-up to be pretty much finalized. Not that we can't add anybody, but a lot of great people are coming and we don't want to make the sets any shorter than we have to.

There are a few of you waiting for me to get back to you, I will do so soon.

We should have several band and other Exchange related announcements due out in a few days.

If I get a set, I'm going to start it with the opening of "Terminator X to the Edge of Panic."

Kalman,
Since your name is on the guest DJ list, I think your "If" has been answered. :D
