Some of us like jazz, period, not just swing music. I know, it's alien and creepy.

But at any rate, you don't see 24 big bands at one event very often.

cool. Primal Scream and All-Star Tribute to Maynard Ferguson. Bring your earplugs for that one!

However, I really enjoy the Clayton-Hamilton orchestra, they have backed both Diana Krall and Barbara Morrison on recent albums, and I think they swing hard. If I was in LA that weekend I'd definitely go to their concert.
