Would somebody be kind enough to tell me which song is featured at the beginning of the following video from HJDF? I'd certainly appreciate it. I like the song a lot.

Sounds like "In the Groove" by Andy Kirk. Jesse posted a list of comp music from HJDF last year, I can't seem to find it at the moment.
After a bit of digging, I found the original thread. Jesse did the Helzapoppin music, Rayned did the JnJ. Rayned's list is here

It's definitely "In The Groove" by Andy Kirk. The video must be from the J'n'J Finals, Round 1, Heat 2 after looking at Rayned's list, as I hear both "In The Groove" and "Wings And Things" in the video. Great song!
