It starts out at with just female singer then as the song picks upshe says
"If your laughing then I'm laughing to.. "
Then the hook has her feigning over some guys smile I think it ends with the following
"Can't you see what it meeeeeeans to me honey
Im in heaven when you smiling atmeeeeEEEEEE"
Definetly, its a modern song. She sounds like Bette Midler ans baaed on the lyrics I'm thinking the title has smile in it
