First track in the second video is "Carrie Mae Blues", also by Don Redman, recorded in 1946. I have it on the "Complementary Tracks" album in the Chrono Classics series, which is an excellent set in general.
"Bei Mir..." is Jonathan Stout and his Campus Five. I'm usually not a fan of Hilary's singing, but she sounds really good on this track. There are shades of Ella in there! It's on the album "Moppin' and Boppin'".
