It's "Sing You Sinners"... not sure about the artist, though

I'm pretty sure it's Ella Fitzgerald and Her Famous Orchestra from the CD Live At The Savoy - 1939-40 on the Hep label. The amount of reverb in the room they are performing in makes the track sound a bit newer, but it's got that Swing Era energy that's so hard to recapture. I'm pretty sure they weren't dancing Bal-Swing to this at the Savoy (or maybe they were?) but it works because of the way the band plays it.

Yes, Haydn is correct - that's the track.

The tagging for it is transposed between that track (no.20 on the CD) and One O'Clock Jump (track 18) when using the microsoft automated tagging for the CD. At least it did for me anyway.
