I haven't found a resource either so far, but I've found this here:

A short music film named Glen Gray and The Casa Loma Orchestra from 1942.

According to Lord, it was commercially recorded for Decca but never released:

Casa Loma Orchestra
Los Angeles, May 24, 1941
DLA-2403-A Boogie woogie piano man (pwh vcl) De 3845, Ajazz 475
DLA-2404-A As if you didn't know (ks vcl) - -
DLA-2405-A,B Hep and happy (unissued)
DLA-2406-A,B Buck fever -

So, the film contains the only released version of the song.
