I can't place the name, I think its a Lionel Hampton tune, but I am also curious who is on the electric guitar.

It's a Benny Goodman group playing "Airmail Special", so yes to Lionel Hampton on vibes and Charlie Christian on guitar.

Note that it might be alternatively titled as "Good Enough To Keep"
