This clip say's that it is Artie Shaw Double Mellow? But the version I can find is nothing like it? Can any one please tell me if the name of the track and artist is correct and where I may find it.

Yes it's Double Mellow. I have the same track, but the sound quality is poor as you can hear on the Youtube clip.

A quick search on allmusic shows a few CDs which have it -

Sounds exactly like the 2nd half of Artie's "Oh Lady Be Good" recording.

A lot of Artie Shaw instrumentals from the late 30s seem to sound quite similar - it's quite a distinctive style.

AV8 - The best version of Artie Shaw's "Oh! Lady Be Good" is the remastered track from "The Essential Artie Shaw". Better audio quality than the Double Mellow on the youTube clip. Find it here:
