[Answered] Multiple Songs From KLR2008

hey guys'

any educated guess regarding these two songs? all taken from KLR 2008(korea)

the second one starts 30 or so seconds in, great pulse in both songs

The first one is "Wolverine Blues," by Earl Hines. I don't know what the second one is.

The second one is "Baby Don't You Tear My Clothes" by the Harlem Hamfats.

Are you sure it's the Harlem Hamfats? Sound quality seems much too good to be from the 30s.

I think it might be. Another DJ found remastered Hamfats recordings and the difference is astounding. I think she found them on an online service but i'm not sure.

Yep - it's on the CD "Harlem Hamfats Vol. 2 1936-1937".

I bet that a HH recreation band could get a fair amount of work...and in several scenes.
