Does anyone know the music used for this Big Apple?

It sounds like a recording of Fletcher Henderson's "Riffin'", but it's not his version from 1936, that one is around 196 bpm, this one is slower (around 188 bpm) and "softer" and less "raw" (like Goodman compared to Henderson).

Peckin' - Benny Goodman 1937 - which is based on a riff Cootie Williams playin ghis solo for the 1932 "Rockin' in Rhythm."

Thanks guys 8). I knew it sounded familiar.

The version of Peckin' that I know is the Duke Ellington one. It's slower (about 160bpm) than the Goodman one. I like most versions though. Apparently it was written by Harry James.

Does anybody know what version of Peckin' Steven Mitchell has been using recently (recently as of Spring 2008), a dancer asked me about it, I would like to provide him an answer, hate mysteries.
