I know this is probably posted somewhere, but I'm having trouble locating it. Anyone know what song was played at ULHS Medium Lindy Prelims in Heat 2...I've been watching a clip with it and I can't get it out of my head but don't know what it is! HELP!

I actually thought it sounded like Rex Stewart... I know I have the song, but it's not coming to me for some reason...

"Ridin' and Jivin'" by Earl Hines. I think there was another question about it, somewhere.

Ya, that's the one. It's been killing me ever since she asked about it ;)

I found this information about the song, we were both wrong about the trumpet:

This is a rift piece, typical of the time, with pungent trumpet by Walter Fuller and some ribald trombone from Chicagoan Ed Burke.
