What are your favorite songs right now?
What are your favorite songs of the moment, for spinning and/or dancing?
My current faves:
"Shag" by Tommy Ladnier, from Steppin' on the Blues
"Rock and Rye" by Earl Hines, from 1934-1937
"B.O. Plenty's Return" by Morris Lane, from For Jumpers Only!
"Pink Cadillac" by Paul Bascomb, from For Jumpers Only!

the SLOW version got overplayedkitkat wrote:"Shorty George." It's off a mix CD, so I have yet to figure out what version, but I think it's Basie's Complete Decca set. Was "Well, Git It!" for a long time after seeing the Mad Dog video, but it got overplayed here.
