I think one thing that keeps us buying CDs is that our interests change. I've learned to carry stuff I might not enjoy, but others might ...hahaha then one night I find out I've actually grown to like it. so I buy more. Maybe that stuff replaces other things I played last month ...and maybe two years from now I'll rediscover the stuff I played last month (and some new tracks on the same CDs). By then I will have gained new knowedge that will inspire me to buy other music. It's an endless path. Much like any kind of learning.
