Must see! Some of the narrative is off a bit as to timelines and such. And the Korn Kobblers are awful.

BUT - This has great footage of record stores and record sessions and talk about record collectors. Not much Jazz, but Ella live late in the video, plus Buddy Rich playing with Eddie Condon of all people!

From about 1949 - the dawn of the LP record.

Time marches on!
Will big bands ever come back?

If only they had today's auto-tune technology. The Korn Koblers would be one of the biggest boy bands!
