That's cool. How did an unreleased track end up released on a Japanese 78?

The other tracks from the one and only Original Yellow Jackets recording session can be heard in decent sound on Arkansas Shout. Love those territory bands!

Just a fluke, I guess, if what they claim is so. Maybe someone wrote down the wrong matrix number and requested that and they got the wrong tune? Over at Sony/Columbia, they were frequently pulling incorrect takes and releasing them, according to one of the reissue producers there whio was not even aware it had happened until I had a question about it.

Some of those territory bands - amazing stuff. Spirited Jazz!
