This is almost a 45 second clip shot in a dance hall in Hawaii and set just before Pearl Harbor. Japanese and Hawaiian women dancing with soldiers. Lots of bouncy moves. Bob Crosby record playing in the b/g.
This was a wartime documentary called DECEMBER 7th and released in 1943. I'm still going through it.
