Love this song and performance @ 01.50 in this part of the film 'Buck Benny Rides Again' ...

According to IMDB the song was written in 1940 with music by Jimmy McHugh and lyrics by Frank Loesser. In the film it's sung and danced by Eddie 'Rochester' Anderson and Theresa Harris. I wish they'd put out a soundtrack version (without the talking) but they haven't. The only version of the song I have is by Tommy Dorsey ...

Which is good, but I prefer the way Rochester sings it. According to the notes under the Dorsey Youtube clip, Rochester DID make a recording of it on Columbia - has anyone got it/or know where to find it (preferably online or on CD)?

I had the 78 and dubbed both sides on a old time cassette...now in storage.

Yeah - Rochester is great on those 2 sides - LET'S SCUFFLE is the flip side.

Holy smoke! Look at his house!!
