Swedish 'Tax' label CDs now available for download

Just posted this on the eMusic thread, but realisiing some people don't necessarily look there, I thought this time it's worth posting separately. Amazon and eMusic have recently added loads of great CDs from the Swedish Tax label - under the 'Ancha' label. Should also be availabel from iTunes. Thers's some great music here that until recently was only available as expensive CDs.

(Sound quality is mixed but largely acceptable on some of these in my opinion)

(Sound quality is very good on these)

As usual, I don't know about the geographical availability of these - all I know is they are available for download in the UK. (Thought: it would be very useful if the online music suppliers would state geographical availability for their downloads next to the music).

'Swing Music Series' CDs from:
Maxine Sullivan [Swing Street Vol. 1, 1931-1939]

This is a very nice compilation of 30s small-band swing. Only the first four tracks are by Maxine Sullivan - the rest are by others. 'Off Time' by Gene Sedric (v. Myra Johnson) is a real nugget.
