I'm going to be in San Francisco from September 3 to September 18.

What are the places to dance Lindy/Balboa/WCS ?

Is there any parties scheduled ?

What are the things to see in San Francisco (museum, expo, district etc)

You should ask on swingtalk.com (the SF Bay Area's lindy forum), and take a look at lindylist.com (SF Bay Area lindy (mostly) events list). I recommend 9:20 Special on Thu, Wednesday Night Hop on Wed (it's in Mountain View, so you'll need someone to give you a ride), and Lindy in the Park (outside, in Golden Gate Park) on Sunday morning.

As for record stores (if you're interested), try Amoeba Records on Haight St, right next to Golden Gate Park.
