On August 4th, from midnight to midnight, WKCR 89.9 FM will preempt all
regularly scheduled programming to play twenty-four hours of Louis
Armstrong's music. Jazz historian and DJ Phil Schaap will dedicate the hours of 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. to Armstrong's Hot Five recordings.
