Cab performs a version of Liszt's Hungarian Rhapsody No 2 in the film "Sensations of 1945" see clip on YouTube. It swings like mad.

Was this track ever released on record/CD?

I don't know about the track. The clip, though, is part of the "Original Jitterbugs" DVD set, I believe (somebody, correct me if I'm wrong about that). If you're a dancer, and you don't have that set, you need to get it. Find Jesse Gearhart on here, and he can help you.

Yep. I have those DVDs. Got them from Jesse a couple of years ago and had forgotten about them till you mentioned them.

Thanks - energetic music and dancing there, but no mention of 'Hungarian Rhapsody" by Cab Calloway in the discography http://www.lordisco.com/. I think a lot of music recorded for Hollywood films was not recorded separately for release as a record.
