Hey guys!

I'm looking for some songs to help illustrate some musicality of contrast in a class, and I'm not finding much. Does anyone know of some songs that: a) contrast volume i.e. go from quiet to loud somewhat frequently in the song.
b) Has lots of breaks and stops
c) Contrast energy pretty frequently. Think about this one in swingouts; would you start out swinging easy and then go to hard?

Not looking for one song that does all of these things, but several songs that might fit one each.
