Off the top of my head I'd go with "The Great Summit" With Louis Armstrong and Duke Ellington playing together. Great stuff.

The Great Summit is not only my favorite Ellington CD, it's probably my favorite CD, period. I can listen to Louis sing and play Duke's standards for hours on end.
