I know you've been chasing some blooz artists Russ - do you have any linkage?
You wish is my command. :D
These artists have material that is suitable for blues dancing (and some cross over into swing as well) but all are great to listen to:

A great Australian blues music online store is

http://www.blackmarketmusic.com.au/cat3.html

They will post for free (inlcuded in CD cost) even for international.
The following favourites have CDs on the Blackmarket site:

Andrea Marr - Melbourne based electric blues sound
Mojo Webb - great Brisbane based guitarist
Chris Wilson - Melbourne big voice and harmonica
Collard, Greens and Gravy - Melbourne great delta blues
Jonno Zilber - Canberra, young up and coming guitarist

Other recommended
Ray Beadle - Sydney based blues/swing guitarist

Dallas Frasca - acoustic based, great voice

Pete Cornelius - Tasmania - great modern electric sound (but also has acoustic material)

Andy Cowan - Melbourne, piano, great soul blues voice

The Blues Preachers - NSW - early country blues sound

Tim Gaze - Brisbane guitarist - great sound
