Versions of Puttin' on the Ritz?

#1 Post by kawaiifvb » Thu Oct 09, 2008 2:23 pm

I'm looking for a version of Puttin' on the Ritz. It sounded like a modern band and had a male vocalist at the beginning. (and it's definitely not Taco) :D

Any ideas?

Victrola did a nice version which I have DJed. Can't find any music samples online and the CD is very hard to get hold of now. (my music is at home so can't check the gender of the vocalist on it but it is a good version of the song)

There are many versions on Emusic, including one by George Gee. I have a good rendition from the Pasadena Roof Orchestra off their 25th Anniversary Album. On Emusic here.
