...yeah, I spotted that, but it isn't one of the tracks they list.

4 or 5 years ago there was a track that I loved in the background, and after a couple weeks I realized it was "Settin and A Rockin'" off of Blanton-Webster and I already owned it..

So considering only women have replied, it doesn't appear any one with a sword wants to compete with you :wink:

This is a total guess, but may trigger your memory - it sounds to me like the song might be "Everyday I have the Blues" --- there is a medley on the following Gene Harris song - I don't own it and the sample doesn't play that section, but it's a similar sound to what's on the TAL track - different key though I think......

Or maybe only girls listen to TAL.. :)

(err..waitaiminute!)

I think they could both be Ray Brown.. but the drums are really different between the two, but the bass sounds really similar. Now I only need to check out everything with ray brown and a trumpet player. ;)
