Dave Stephens' Swing Orchestra?

So in my never ending persute to find new music (atleast new to me) I came accross the mention of the "Dave Stephens' Swing Orchestra" (based out of Kansas City) who released an album in 1998 titled "Swing Out". I tried to find some more info about them and apparently their website no longer exists, and I can't find their CD anywhere. So here's my question . . .
Is the CD any good? Is it worth searching for?
From some posts on Yehoodi from 2003, the orchestra was considered one of the best playing the midwest at this time (although the trio was considered not so great).
Does anyone have anything to offer on this?
