Discographies

I have come to the point where I need info which I generally can't find on allmusic.

Anyone have any recommendations about discographies? Either books or online.

Mentioned have been

Tom Lord

and

Jazz and Ragtime Records

Do you find a discography helpful or get information by other means?

e.g. Looking at a CD from the Circle label - it has no track listing and no other information and trying to figure out if it something I already have under another name.

The Brian Rust discographies are generally acknowledged as the ones to get, if you don't mind forking out for them.

Edit: that CD-ROM looks useful though

Rusts are fine, but unless they have new editions, they do not list CD issues or even most, if any LP issues. 78 issues only.
