Good sound quality version of 'Lavender Coffin' ?

#1 Post by Haydn » Tue Feb 14, 2006 8:30 am

Can anyone recommend a CD with a good sound quality version of 'Lavender Coffin' ? I've listened to all the samples available on allmusic and the sound quality seems poor on all of them -

The version of "Lavender Coffin" that I DJ with and that is popular at dances is found on Hamp: The Legendary Decca Recordings. The sound quality is great.

Most of the online samples are at lower bitrates, which are going to make them sound bad anyway.

I've never had a problem with the version on the Proper Box Set.
