I love Basie's instrumental version from "Sinatra At The Sands" (great album!).

But my favorite version for dancing is from:

Ella Fitzgerald - The Concert Years

A few runner-ups:

Roy Eldridge - Happy Time
King Pleasure - Golden Days

I like the mid-tempo (around 160 bpm) version with the Cozy Cole Orchestra feat. Don Byas off "1944-1945" [Classics #865]

I also really like the slow (somewhere slightly over 100 bpm) version by Sidney Bechet and His Hot Six off "The Fabulous Sidney Bechet" [Blue Note #30607] (is that the version everyone's been mentioning?).

Yup Jonas, that's the one.

I'm a big fan of the alto sax, and I like listening to the version on: Johnny Hodges - The Complete 1941-1954 Small Group Sessions - Vol.5 (1954) on Blue Moon

Not for dancing, but a nice slow relaxing number. It picks up near the end, and really gets me into the groove.
