I usually hear the Slim and Slam one.

I've always been partial to the Ray Brown Trio instrumental version on some neo-swingy compilation I can't remember the name of right now (I can come back and edit this post) as an occasional variation on the norm. Not my favorite, but I'd sure hate to never dance to it again, and it makes me appreciate lower-quality ones that I might like a little more but get tired of if I had only them and ones like them.

FFF is such a marginal 'somg' that I don't know if there is a standout version that I'd cite.

S&S - fine. BG-fine.

Anyone ever heard a real powerhouse version?

I'd be curious to hear this version. Never heard a version by the Ray Brown Trio before. I do love the trio version by Ray Bryant off of the album Stompin' With Bill.

I always think of Slim and Slam's versions to be the standards, but they are also great on their own:

Slim Galliard - Slim Galliard At Birdland 1951
Slam Stewart - Slam Bam (The Definitive Black and Blue Sessions)

This is another song that requires an honorable mention of Joe Salzano's album Savoy Nites! Listening to it now...so swinging!

Y'know what? It's Bryant. Probably also on the album you mentioned.
