The RAB I Hear has a back beat too it which gives it a bouncy feeling in a differnt section of the Rythm then swing. I think that if you've got enough skilled local DJs to put them into the mix, it's a great idea. At many exchanges, a majority of the attendees will be from the city that it's in, and the local DJs will be the most experienced at playing to that crowd.
